⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience working with Kelsey for my auto and renters insurance needs. From the very first conversation, she was incredibly empathetic and took the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand my situation. Kelsey went above and beyond by helping me compare different plan options for both auto and renters insurance, breaking down the details in a way that was easy to understand. She never rushed me through the process and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. Her genuine care and attention to detail made what can be a stressful experience feel effortless. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process. If you're looking for an insurance agent who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend Kelsey! Thank you for everything, Kelsey!

I have owned more cars over the years than I can count. IYears ago I had experiences with various insurance comapnies but it was always hit or miss....until I hooked up with the Erie insurance office of Dan Novakovich. They handle both home and auto insurance now for 15-20 years. Luckily, I have not had lots of claims but when I have a claim, the resolution is prompt, uncomplicated and fair. Whenever I need any assistance on making changes, adding a vehicle etc, again, the staff bends over backwards to make it easy. I can't say enough good things about this business.

We have had Erie Insurance with the Daniel Novakovich Agency for many years, first in Southwestern PA, Cranberry Township and now in VA, they have always been there no matter what we needed, we highly recommend them for all your insurance needs
